After suffering for several years with a leaky roof/chimney in a top floor flat of an 18th century building which was managed by a useless management company who just threw silly ideas into the air to try to fix the problem, they then came up with a plan to spend over a thousand pounds just to get access to the area so then contractors could price for the needed repairs, remove the scaffolding, wait for quotes for the repairs and then put the scaffolding back!!

Well, this was what this management company wanted to do until I stepped in. For a fraction of the price a drone survey was done, this provided some very good quality pictures and thus showed us the problem straight away. The pictures were then given to contractors who could then provide very accurate quotes to fix the problems.
Since this we have continued this service as it is a very cost effective way of trying to source your roof, chimney, window, guttering and many other problems.
