Garden Makeover.

This was a standard garden in a new build property. We started by reducing the level of the bottom of the garden to allow for a flat, level area of decking and a base for a hot tub, we then installed tanalised softwood sleepers to retain what would become the lawn area.
The patio at the top of the garden was widened slightly and the remaining area was then laid to artificial grass, and then the pergola was built.
